While we ship orders as fast as possible, please remember we are a small, family based organization. During our expo season, or other busy times, shipping may take a little longer. If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us and discuss your needs.

SHIPPING FEES are calculated automatically, but from time to time may differ from what you see on the website. We reserve the right to contact you to make adjustments if the variance is significant. Likewise, if you think the shipping assigned is significantly too high, please reach out to us for a review.

We recommend most orders be sent via the United States Postal Service. Domestic orders weighing less than a pound are eligible to ship First Class Package (typical transit 3-7 business days).  Packages exceeding 1 lb usually ship most economically via USPS Priority (typical transit 2-3 business days). If you order a large or heavy box, it is often less expensive to ship UPS. This crossover point varies by distance, size and weight.

International orders weighing less than 4 pounds generally ship most economically via USPS First Class International (delivery time varies by country, typically around 14 business days), and packages exceeding maximum weight may be shipped USPS Priority International (typical delivery in 5-10 business days). Since we must give accurate information to customs, the value paid will be declared on international orders. The receiver is responsible for any duties or fees your local customs office may impose. Since every country is different, please contact your local customs or post office for information on duties or fees.

Peddlers Den, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it leaves our facility. Please contact the United States Postal Service or UPS with your tracking number, as they have the best information to help you with your package.

Return Policy:
To obtain a return authorization, you must contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if they are in the original packaging in resalable condition. Our policy is to then give you a credit voucher that you can use to purchase different merchandise. We do not pay return postage, nor do we give any credits on the original shipping fees.

If there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify us immediately so we can make it right. If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, be sure to keep all of the original packaging, as you will be asked for photographic evidence, or for a product return. In the event that something is defective, we of course want to replace it, but to honor this we need to be contacted promptly.
